In conjunction with your Reservation Rewards Membership, you may receive 24-Hour Road & Tow Protection provided
by Auto Road Services (ARS).
There is no additional fee for receiving this coverage -- it's just one
of the benefits of Reservation Rewards Membership! In order to make use of your coverage, you must first
obtain a Membership card by registering the vehicle you wish to have coverage on with this site. Your coverage
will be fully active eight (8) business days from the time you register your vehicle.
All Road & Tow Protection is to be provided by Auto Road Services, Inc. To obtain service on your covered vehicle,
you must call the toll-free number printed on your membership card. This number operates 24 hours per day 365 days per year.
Services obtained by calling any other service provider will not be covered under this agreement.
You must remain an active member of Reservation Rewards to maintain your vehicle coverage.
Should you choose to discontinue your membership in Reservation Rewards, your 24-Hour Road & Tow Protection
coverage will be terminated immediately.
Although you may later change the covered vehicle by going through the registration process
again, only one vehicle will be covered at any one time. Registering a second (or subsequent) vehicle(s) will automatically cancel
all coverage on the previously registered vehicle(s). Changing your vehicle registration requires a thirteen (13) -business-day waiting
period before coverage will be active on the newly registered vehicle.
Your membership entitles you to the following 24-Hour
Road & Tow Protection Services, provided by ARS (up to $60.00 US/$90.00 CN per incident):

Towing - to the nearest qualified repair shop.
(Limit 1 tow every 120 days.)

Jump-Start - ARS will jump-start a weak or dead battery.

Vehicle Fluid Delivery - ARS will deliver gas or other vehicle
fluids requested. (Cost of fluids is additional).

Tire Change - ARS will replace a flat with your inflated spare. If
you have no spare(s), towing will be provided as outlined above.

Lock Out Assistance - ARS will help you get into the passenger
compartment of your car. (Cost of key cutting or key replacement additional.)
Road & Tow Protection includes roadside assistance 24 hours a day, 365 days a year anywhere in the
United States, Canada and Puerto Rico to change your flat tire with your inflated spare, jump start
service, lock out assistance in gaining entry to the passenger compartment of your vehicle, vehicle
fluid delivery and tow service. Service is valid on passenger vehicles, vans and light trucks only.
The Road & Tow Protection program is limited to one (1) tow and two (2) other services per 120-day
period. Covered services are limited to $60.00 US ($90.00 CN) per incident, so most
services should require no out-of-pocket expense. Any amounts over the program limit are due and
payable to the service provider at the time of service. Any other services, such as repairs authorized
by you, remain your sole responsibility.
You must be an active member with Reservation Rewards at the time service is requested.
Services are activated eight (8) business days after initial registration of your vehicle and thirteen
(13) business days after a change in the vehicle registered.
Exclusions and Additional Terms
Services exclude: RV's, fleet vehicles, off-road vehicles, vehicles off the road (winch out),
trailers, motorcycles, any vehicle in tow, vehicles over one ton capacity, commercial vehicles,
any vehicles already at a repair facility or any vehicle which at the sole determination of
the service provider is in such condition that service is likely to result in damage to the
vehicle. Theft, vandalism and accident related incidents are not covered. Service may not be
available in areas where state/provincial providers are exclusively utilized.
WEBLOYALTY IS NOT THE PROVIDER OF THIS SERVICE AND SHALL HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THIS SERVICE. WEBLOYALTY MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY
WHATSOEVER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICE, INCLUDING, AMONG OTHER THINGS, THAT
THE SERVICE WILL MEET MEMBER'S REQUIREMENTS.
WEBLOYALTY WILL NOT IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCE BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, HARM OR DAMAGES, WHETHER DIRECT OR
INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTIAL, EQUITABLE OR OTHERWISE WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING
ATTORNEY'S FEES OR COSTS, HOWEVER CAUSED AND WHETHER OR NOT FORESEEABLE, OR FOR CONTRIBUTION OR
INDEMNITY IN RESPECT THEREOF, EVEN IF WEBLOYALTY HAS BEEN INFORMED IN ADVANCE OR OUGHT REASONABLY
TO HAVE KNOWN OF THE POTENTIAL FOR SUCH DAMAGES.
THE ENTIRE LIABILITY OF WEBLOYALTY, AND THE EXCLUSIVE RECOURSE OF THE MEMBER, IN THE EVENT OF ANY
CLAIM(S) FOR WHICH WEBLOYALTY MAY PROPERLY BE HELD LIABLE UNDER AND IN CONNECTION WITH RESPECT TO
ANY SERVICE PROVIDED BY WEBLOYALTY, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION OR BASIS OF LIABILITY SHALL BE
LIMITED IN THE AGGREGATE (REGARDLESS OF THE NUMBER OF CLAIMS) TO THE ACTUAL PROVEN DIRECT DAMAGES
SUFFERED BY THE MEMBER AND SHALL NOT EXCEED THE MEMBERSHIP FEES PAID, INCLUDING AWARDED COUNSEL
FEES AND COSTS.
